Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of MacroLens Colombo ("MacroLens", "the service"), a subscription macro-economic research terminal for Sri Lanka at macrolenslk.vercel.app. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

MacroLens aggregates publicly published Sri Lankan macro-economic data (from the CBSL, Census & Statistics Department, SLPA, SLTDA, the Department of Meteorology, the CSE and similar primary publishers), presents it on a live desk, and models how macro indicators transmit to CSE sectors. Every data block carries its source and publication date.

MacroLens is a research and modelling tool. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Sector sensitivities, lags and scenario outputs are analyst estimates, disclosed as such - they are not fitted statistical coefficients. Investment decisions you make are your own.

Trial and subscriptions

• New accounts receive a free three-day trial of the full terminal. No card is taken for the trial and nothing is charged when it ends - access simply pauses.
• The individual plan is LKR 5,000 per month; the enterprise plan is LKR 25,000 per month for up to 10 named users. Each payment covers one month of access; renewing is a fresh payment each month, by card through PayHere or by bank transfer.
• Enterprise seats are added by us after payment - email the team list and each member gets full access the same day.
• We may change prices for future periods with notice on the site; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Payments

Card and mobile-wallet payments are processed by PayHere (Private) Limited, a PCI DSS certified Sri Lankan payment gateway. MacroLens never sees or stores your card details. Your payment relationship for the transaction is with PayHere, and your card statement will reference the gateway.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing vinudaweerasinghe@gmail.com. A cancelled monthly plan runs to the end of its paid month; an annual plan runs its year. See the Refund Policy for when money comes back.

Acceptable use

Your account is personal to you. Do not share login credentials, scrape or republish the terminal's compiled analysis as your own product, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the desk current and correct, and stamp every figure with its source and date - but data is provided "as is", publishers revise their own numbers, and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, MacroLens is not liable for trading losses or other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
