Refund Policy

How money comes back on MacroLens Colombo.

The trial

The three-day trial is free and takes no card. Nothing is charged when it ends, so there is nothing to refund.

Individual plan (LKR 5,000 / month)

• Charged in error or duplicate payment - refunded in full, always. Email us and we process it through PayHere within 3 working days.
• Service failure - if the terminal was materially unavailable or broken for a significant part of your paid month, we refund that month in full.
• Changed your mind - email us within 48 hours of payment and before materially using the terminal, and we refund the payment in full.
• Otherwise a payment covers the month it pays for; cancelling simply means no further payments.

Enterprise plan (LKR 25,000 / month, up to 10 users)

The same rules as the individual plan, applied to the whole team plan: errors and service failures refunded in full, change-of-mind refunds within 48 hours before material use, otherwise the payment covers its month.

How to ask

Email vinudaweerasinghe@gmail.com with the email on your account and the approximate payment date. Approved card refunds are returned through PayHere to the original payment method, and bank-transfer refunds to the account the transfer came from.
